Sport / Event Specific training

Sports specific training is when you train your body according to the demands that the sport places on your muscles, bones, heart and lungs. Understanding the movement patterns and demands of the sport and then formulating a program which is tailored to improving weakness will ensure you can only improve at your sport of choice.

Currently, we are training the former World Number 1 Clay Shooting Champion and current Olympian (Adam Vella) for the 2012 London Olympics
